Grandfather Hermann “Harry” farmed the Nietschke vineyards at Koonunga from the early 1900’s following on in the footsteps of his father Julius. This classic blend of Grenache, Shiraz and Mataro shows perfumed aromatics with juicy fruits and fine tannins that we are certain Harry would approve of.

Nietschke Jack Shiraz

Nietschke Clara Cabernet Sauvignon
Great Aunt Clara was born on the Nietschke family property at Koonunga with her brothers Jack and Harry. This elegant Barossa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is a fitting tribute to Clara and the region that the Nietschke family still call home.
Clara Cabernet Sauvignon displays brilliant structure and fine tannins that will cellar gracefully.

Nietschke Julius Shiraz
After a long day in the vineyard, we are sure that Great Grandfather Julius would enjoy this classic Barossa Shiraz. A rich, full-bodied wine with ripe dark fruit flavours, complex oak characteristics and a long finish that whilst drinks well upon release will cellar gracefully for those with patience.
